All parts coming in contact of water are made of S.S.304. material. The gears, sprockets, carrier chains and drive arrangements are made of C.S. and alloy steel, duly painted / powder coated. Machine is driven by variable frequency main drive and gear box. The electrical panel body is also made of S.S.304 material.Machine is constructed for four zones of washing. Jar carrying brackets are mounted on the steel chain / roller system, which is moved by the drive mechanism of the machine. 2 jars are manually loaded in a row, on one brackets of the machine at the loading side. These jars are now carried through out the washing cycle.
After final rinsing the jars are moved to the exit of the washer, which takes 2 minutes, making sure that the jars are drip dried. At the exit of the washer the jars are manually unloaded from the bracket and placed on the out feed conveyor.
