Fuji Electric motor starters are available in a wide variety of models to match every budget and application. The orange and mid-sized lines are long-life, high performance starters which are perfect to start and stop motors and to open and close resistance loads. The SuperMagnet line is designed for heavy starting duty conditions, such as blowers, fans, and winders. Provided with slow-operating thermal overload relays, the core reactors of these starters are connected in parallel with the heater element diverting the inrush current at the time of starting. Starters with a quick-operating type overload relay are suitable for protecting submersible pumps or compressor motors with a small heat capacity. The Micro Line offers several mounting options, including a snap-on or an IEC or DIN rail. Highly reliable auxiliary contacts permit direct input to an electronic circuit. The built-in surge suppression circuit prevents malfunction or damage of devices by surge voltage generated. A standard finger protection cover prevents live parts from exposure and ensures safety during maintenance and inspection. All of the Fuji Electric Motor Starters operate on both AC (50/60Hz) and DC inputs AC/DC coil, with or without the Super Magnet. Super Magnet prevents coil burning and contact welding due to voltage fluctuations. These starters also come with 2NO + 2NC auxiliary contacts. If chattering is of concern, this product line is the right choice. Operation is electronically controlled, and these starters can hold without chattering, even if the line voltage drops to 65% of its rated value during motor starting.
