HARDUN series aluminum alloy section annealing furnace are especially suitable for rapidly hardening, ageing and annealing of aluminum alloy section materials , pipes and plates, for example ,6061,6063,7075 type aluminum alloy materials.



Product Feature

The linings of HARDUN series aluminum alloy section annealing furnace are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires or silicon carbide materials, which is stable and durable.

There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And foundation installation is not needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it .

For HARDUN series aluminum alloy section annealing furnace ,we use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
