Application HARDUN series car ageing furnace are mainly used in tempering and ageing procedure under low temperature for aluminum alloy and other alloys, they can also be used for tempering and ageing of high chromium or high manganese steel castings die steels, rolls steel balls, breaking hammers and wear-resisting line-plates, they also can be used for heat treatment for other large mechanical parts. Ageing treatment: In case of deformation of accurate measure , mould or parts after long time use, we usually heat them up to 100-150??and hold the temperature for 5 to 20 hours before low temperature tempering (temperature for tempering is150-250??). The treatment which is to stabilize quality of accurate parts is called ageing. To carry out ageing treatment on steel parts which is under low temperature or dynamic load is aimed to relieve remaining stress and stabilize steel structure ,which is very important. Product Feature The linings of HARDUN series car ageing furnace are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires or silicon carbide materials, which is stable and durable. There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And foundation installation is not needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it . For HARDUN series car ageing furnace ,we use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
