Application: HARDUN series 1300 car forging furnace are mainly used for forging hardening annealing and aging of high chromium or high manganese steel castings die steels rolls steel balls breaking hammers and wear-resisting line-plates, they also can be used for heat treatment for large mechanical parts.

Product feature: The linings of HARDUN series 1300 car forging furnace are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires or silicon carbide materials, which is stable and durable. There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And foundation installation isn't needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it . For HARDUN series 1300 car forging furnace ,we use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up heat C retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
