Application HARDUN series car tempering furnace are mainly used for quenching-and-tempering process under high medium or low temperature for high chromium steel die steel and some special steel, they can also be used for tempering and aging for mechanical parts like high manganese steel castings, steel ball breaking hammers roll and wear-resisting materials. Product Feature The linings of HARDUN series car tempering furnace are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires, which is stable and durable. There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And foundation installation is not needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it . For HARDUN series car tempering furnace, we use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
