Hefei Bolin Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. was founded by four professors in Hefei Industry University in 1997. At the beginning, we offer technical service to manufacturers of self-lubricating wrapped bearing and powder metal parts. With more than ten years great efforts, our company has developed four branch companies: Hefei Bolin Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd, Hefei Bolin Composite Materials Co., Ltd, Hefei Boming Mechanical Electronic co., Ltd. and Hefei Bolin Special Equipments Co., Ltd. The number of staff in our company is 320, including 62 R&D personnel. Our company has two production bases in Hefei, one is located in Shuangfeng industrial park with total area of 8000 square meters, the other is located in New and High-Tech district with total area of 15.000 square meters, and the R&D building with total area 8000 square meter is under construction. Our company owns more than 400 sets equipments and 50 sets inspection equipments. We closely cooperate with local key university and have great strength in R&D. The leader and core members are all come from Hefei Industry University. In 2003, our company set up "Bolin Advanced Materials institute", cooperating with the said university. There are ten professors and doctors from the university who are engaged in cooperating projects and being technical advisors. With combination of both advantages, we have undertaken more than 10 national and provincial research projects, owned 15 patents and more than 18 technological achievements. Quality is the first of all. We gained the certificate of the ISO 9001 in 1994, and re-approved in 2004. And we gained the certificate of ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 in 2007. Now, we are applying for ISO/TS 16949-2002 and expecting to achieve at the year of 2010. Warmly welcome to visit us at your convenient time! Manager Team General Manager Mr. Ma is professor of Hefei Industry University which is key local university. For early 1985, he made research in powder metallurgy and composite materials. In 1997, he set up this company cooperating with three other teachers. Now Mr. Ma is still take position in Hefei Tribology Institute of Hefei Industry University. Due to he background and effort, our company is closely cooperating with the university. Chief Engineer Mr. Xu is senior engineer in powder metallurgy industry with more than 30 years experience. His achievements include BLB-IP new heavy load self-lubricated bearing, powder metallurgy structure part, gear sprocket and control component of automatic adjusted arm. He is responsible for the research and developing more than 100 new powder metallurgy components.
