TSR allows remote monitoring of geologically distributed network resources. This service offers a secure, scalable, flexible and customizable service delivery stage which can be used for an extensive assortment of equipments. The deployment comprise of installation of a central server at the technical support center with distant distributed mediation servers (DMS) established at each customer location. The DMS gathers status of devices in its place and communicates it to the central server. Operators and service staff can available this fact at the central site or be alerted by a message on a mobile device or an e-mail.
