The Turkish delight is product with soft and wiry consistence, with pleasant taste and flavour. The Turkish delight is boiled in a pressure cooker, then it is cooled and cut in different ways - in small square pieces or in strips. It is produced in two variants - ordinary and extra. The big variety of Turkish delight is due to the different supplements and flavours - nuts, cream, coconuts, fruit jams, etc. Packaging of Turkish delight is made by hand in paper boxes, polystyrol saucer or cellophane.
