55 ± 2% (Before Curing)
Suitable Substrates: Suitable for metallic base coat paint.
1- Surface should be clean and free of dust, grease, and oil.
2- Old varnish surfaces must be sanded using grit sandpaper number 1200, before applying "Clear Coat".
Clear Coat Hardener Thinner
By Volume 100 50 25
4 hours at 20ºC.
1- Thinned by adding 25% of a suitable acrylic thinner.
2- Thinned till required viscosity.
1- Apply using a spray gun nozzle: 1.5 – 1.8 mm.
2- Spraying Pressure: 3 – 4 Bar.
3- Spraying Viscosity: 18 – 20 seconds Ford Cup # 4 at 20ºC.
4- Number of coats: 2 coats.
