Yoder's Mashed Potatoes are made Just like Mom's Mom's Mom used to make, with only the freshest ingredients. We do the work for you by peeling and cutting whole potatoes. They are then cooked to mashing perfection. Milk, butter, and special seasonings are added and the potatoes are whipped to a creamy smooth texture. Currently the Yoder's mashed potatoes are served in a number of major restaurant chains with more on the way. With several different formulas of mashed potatoes currently available, Yoder's is constantly being asked to make different recipes. A few years ago, workers were producing only around 1,000 lbs. an hour. By contrast, today they're making 10,000 lbs. an hour. That's close to a quarter of a million pounds of potatoes a day or 35-45 million lbs. of products a year.
