The VTC 2400 has been specially developde for the precision investment casting of steel. With 16 kg of steel per casting this machine offers a capacity previously unknown to many users.
It isdesigned as a double chamber differential pressure system. Melting and pouring can take place under vacuum or inert gas. To pour, simply tilt the entire inductor housing, together with the crucible and casting mould. The VTC 2400 can be used for shell castings, sand castings or flask castings.

The ceramic crucibles have been specially de­­signed for our high temperature casting machines. They exhibit excellent resilience to extreme heat, ensure a minimum loss of energy and allow a lower ambient temperature in the melting chamber.

With the VTC 200, INDUTHERM offers an extremely versatile casting machine suitable for a wide range of applications – and a number of options that were considered mutually incompatible up to now. Thus, while the VTC 200 was originally designed as a high-temperature casting machine for casting steel, palladium, platinum etc. (max. 2,000 °C), large flasks also make it suitable for economically producing castings in gold, sliver, copper, aluminium and other materials.
