Airex PXc Board, from Baltek, is high density, glass-reinforced urethane foam panel. Applications include rotted plywood transom replacement in outboard motor installations. Formerly known as Penske Board, Airex PXC can be used as a foam or balsa core replacement when thru-bolting deck hardware, plywood replacement for small-boat cockpit soles, under-deck autopilot installations etc. With the addition of fiberglass mat or fabric on either side, this product will have very good screw-holding ability. Absolute minimal water absorbtion. Not designed for cosmetic applications, typically used with fiberglass skins added to both sides. Easily cut with standard woodworking tools. Airex PXc board comes in 4ft x 8ft sheets and cut boards in 4ft x 4ft and 2ft x 4ft sizes.
