Vegetal Placenta is a highly viscous protein solution obtained by fermenting soybeans using a special method. Same as the animal placenta, its rich composition directly provides the nutrient responsible for the skin’s biological balance, while the essential amino acids improve the production of most important proteins like collagen, elastin…. The mineral salts and the oligopeptides play a part in maintaining moisture at the surface of the skin. It is an excellent ingredient from the plant, which have the properties of high viscosity, slippery feeling, good spreadibility and so on. It provides good moisturization without sticky feeling when it is dried. Without any disadvantages of the animal placenta, it has no any side effects at all. Animal placenta, known as its thermal isulation and skin protection properties, has been used widely for cosmetics manufacturing. But they have some technological problems remained such as the uncertainty of thermal and pH stability as well as incompatibility with other raw materials. With today’s advancement, various improvements to collagen have been attempted, resulting in the successful production of a highly stable collagen derivative. However, some problems still remain unresolved, imposing limitations on their use for medical purposes. Further, because of several animal protection movements that are particularly active in America and Europe, and recent problems associated with domestic animals such as cows, animal placenta is losing its popularity. Meanwhile, demands for the development of substitutes for animal placenta have increased as people show more interest in products made from naturally occurring raw botanical materials. To meet these demands, we have developed what we call “1901 Vegetal Placenta Oxygen ampoule”.
