This machine produces pastry shells in 6 different shapes and sizes. The plates are made of non-stick material for easy unmolding. There are buttons for adjusting the temperature and cooking time. The temperature can be set up to 480°f, and the timer can be set for a maximum of 10 minutes. The lcd screen shows the settings in use. The upper plate is pressed onto the lower plate to create a stamp in the dough and shape the mold. Approximately 600 small pastries can be produced in one hour.
