The company KUHNE electronic e. K. was founded on December 1st 1994 by Jutta and Michael Kuhne. Some years later, the company changed to the KUHNE electronic GmbH. At the beginning, high quality modules for microwave amateur radio were developed and produced with a small crew. Within a few years, the amount of products for commercial use increased up to 85 percent of the total production. That increase could only be managed by permanent expansion of the company and by moving to the new company building in Berg.
Due to the company's excellent business situation, a second building was put up in the year 2007. Now, the company has a total production area of more than 1100 square meters.
