Designed for Marking, Plastic Welding, and Surface treatments, the Dial Index Workstation is a Class 1 enclosure enabling the use of FL, CL, and DL OEM laser systems, by a simple plug & play integration. Its characteristics are the same as the Standard Workstation, but it has in addition a dial index. This acts like a rotating work area. In that way, you can position your piece to process outside of the machine without opening the enclosure, while a second piece is being processed inside the machine by the laser. When the process is over, you simply have to pressed two buttons for inverting the work areas. The piece that you have positioned is then being processed by the laser while you can remove the second piece and place a third one without slowing down your production.
