The history of the aviation development in Russia is inseparably linked with Joint-Stock Company Electric Machine Building Works ?LEPSE?. LEPSE JSC is one of the largest enterprises manufacturing aircraft electric equipment. Practically all home-produced airliners, military aircrafts and helicopters are equipped with products manufactured by our company. Now our enterprise produces more than 600 types of the aviation electric units. The nomenclature of production includes: AC generators electric motors of different types and purpose actuators of linear, rotary and swinging motion switching equipment engine starting equipment, energy control and conversion equipment. and many other units. The aircrafts developed by Antonov (An-70, An-124, An-140), Beriev (Be-103, Be-200), Ilyushin (Il-114, Il-96-300), Kamov (Ka-32, Ka-50, Ka-62, Ka-226), Mil (Mi-8, Mi-28, Mi-26), Mikoyan (MiG-29, MiG-AT, MiG-31), Sukhoi (Su-25, Su-27, Su-37, Su-80), Tupolev (Tu-204, Tu-214, Tu-334) construction departments are equipped by LEPSE JSC products. The company works in cooperation with all aviation enterprises of Russia and neighboring foreign countries. Development strategy of the enterprise is application of new technologies and equipment, perspective materials. Among the consumer goods, special attention is given to the motor-car products. The works produces the electric drives of the car window lift motors EPS-4 for Volzhsky automobile works.
