The tea-cut system basically consist of the following equipments :-
1) feeding unit : the feeding unit basically consist of a bucket elevator or belt conveyor for uniform feeding of the product into the chopper at a very uniform rate, which is very important for best results and for generating minimum of powder percentage.
2) chopper : this machine is specially designed for crushing / granulating the product into pieces of required size with minimum powder generation. Following model available :-
a) fch-12 with a motor of 5 h. P. : capacity (feed rate) of 50 to 100 kgs. /hr. b) fch-16 with a motor of 7. 5 h. P. : capacity (feed rate) of 100 to 350 kgs. /hr. c) fch-24 with a motor of 15 h. P. : capacity (feed rate) of 250 to 650 kgs. /hr. d) fch-32 with a motor of 30 h. P. : capacity of 500 to 1000 kgs. /hr. (note : capacity would depend upon physical properties, feed size & bulk density of feed material & the output size required. )
3) vibro sifter : the vibro sifter would be placed below the the chopper. This machine would separate the over-sized & under-sized particles from that of required size.
the chopper can be fitted with pneumatic conveying system, rotary airlock valve & closed type dust collection unit for complete dust-free operation
1) crushed chillies for pizza toppings ; 2) making chopped, minced, kibbled, granulated dehydrated onion & garlic ; 3) tea-cut of herbals like senna leaves, tulsi leaves, cinnamon & other herbals : 4) granulation of food colours 5) granulation of various varieties of gum. 6) size reduction any product before grinding into fine powder.
