Automatic Line For The Production Of Duvet Covers
Automatic line for the lengthwise hemming of two fabrics on one side and overlocking on the other, for cutting transversally at preset measurements, labeling, and transversally overlocking on two sides of the duvet covers. The line consists of: - Two motorized unwinders - Two side hemming machines to make respectively one hem turned up and one hem turned down. On the second side hemming machine there is a cuttingsewing unit on the left side for joining the two fabrics already aligned by means of an electronic device located between the two hemming machines - Transversal cutting device at preset measurements - One transversal overlocking station and stacking unit. - PLC and a visual display to show operations
