Also known as Provoleta, this is a 4 to 5 kg cilindrical Provolone.
Provoleta cheese is one of the most typical Argentine cheeses. Usually as an appetizer, it´s cooked over an open fire and served in slices with a mix of spices and herb oil or chili pepper dressing.
Food Tip: spice it and cook it until is melted.
Use some bread to go with the Provoleta.
Wine Tip: no doubts, you should have it with the typical Argentine wine, a Malbec.
