Rare Earth Neodymium Iron Boron magnetic material possess extreme high-energy products thus, enabling in the production of separators with very high Surface Magnetic Induction up to 12500 Gauss. Normally the working temperature for this Rare Earth material is 60ºC. For high temperature we can used special grade of rear earth magnets which can operate up to 200ºC We can manufacture separators that can operate at temperatures up to 250ºC-275ºC, by using Samarium Cobalt Magnets for such a Special Application. Ferrite on the other hand is a ceramic material used in large quantities in a separator. Further, we can generate deep reaching flux fields up to almost 12 inches.
