The raw materials which are appropriate with the physical-chemical and microbiologic standards (Raw milk, whey) are separated by the Specialized Engineers on Nutrition, Chemists, Nutrition Technology and Milk Technology meticulously in our high-tech laboratories and taken from the first manufacturer. Afterwards, these are cleaned by the separator, pasteurized and then stored.
At the department which the powder products are produced: The evaporators which have 14000 lt/h capacity and PLC remote control turbo compressor, and also are capable of increasing dry material rate to an desired level, are used. After Dry material rate is increased, the raw material is transformed to powder product at drying tower by "Spray Dryer Method" which increases melting and rates and provide success of final product. These powder products are served as packages of 25 kg to customer service by wrapper machine which has computer panel and weight accuracy.
