Mariah Hovercraft

Capacity the mariah typhoon 22/20 is a fully amphibious hovercraft capable of carrying 15 tonne payload or 80 passengers or combination of both, plus 2/3 crew. power 2 x man v10 series liquid cooled diesel engines, driving 2 x3. 5 metre diameter 6 bladed-ducted kevlar/carbon solid cored fans power the craft. 2 hydraulic generate lift driven centrifugal fans. fuel capacity 4000 litre diesel. 4 fuel tanks are positioned at 4 corners of the hull, and are interconnected with a manifold. A high-speed transfer pump can transfer fuel between all tanks to aid trim. Tank heaters are fitted for extreme cold conditions. instrumentation tachometer oil pressure oil temperature low oil voltmeter amp meter high engine temperature alternator failure fuel depth and fresh water depth. navigation and communication equipment 8 lcd radar gps remote searchlight navigation lights (uscg approved) 25/5 watts icomm vhf radio silva 150f flush mount magnetic compass binocular silva marine 7x50 floating (2 sets) engine fire extinguisher system co2 drench combined with strategically placed aqueous film forming foam (afff) extinguishers, command controlled, remote fuel shut off. superstructure the superstructure is constructed from e-glass/kevlar/carbon pvc cored panels. fittings 1 x standard door as well as a sliding door, giving a total opening of 2. 5 meters. These are fitted to both sides of the main cabin area to facilitate access of personnel and equipment. The bridge has seating for 3 as standard with room for chart table. Windows are high impact laminated glass, ballistic glass is optional. The bridge forward windows have wipers and de-icers. A hatch is positioned aft of the bridge to access the equipment placed on the superstructure roof and to act as an escape hatch. Optional bow door to allow for vehicle access to the cargo bay.
