We undertake projects for cement factories at reasonable prices for all our customers worldwide. All plants which produce cement, including furnaces vertical shafts and the units for the grinding of the clinker are the functional point of view and mechanical mills higher than the ordinary cement. Our mini cement plant are:
VRRK - The latest technology concerning the mini-mills that produce cement: - Capacity (TDP 30 (tons per day) at 300 DTP)
Raw materials :
Lime (purity not lower than 88% Total Carbonate)
Clay (black earth) must be greased
Coke Coal / Coke Petroleum
Laterite (if the sludge is not 16% Fe2O3)
Plaster (additive used in clinker grinding)
The manufacturing process
The VSK technology is used during the prepare of clinker small scale. The facility is small and easy to operate. Raw materials:

The process is divided into 3 stages:
raw grinding section
furnace section
Section Crushing clinkers
1. Section grinding to believe:
All raw materials must have a dimension of 25 mm. If the dimension of the raw material is larger than 25 mm, it must be crushed in a crusher and a hammer mill. All raw materials are crushed is stored in tank farms by discharge conveyors.
Now, raw materials are carried in accordance with their percentage required with the help of belt feeders (control by PLC). The measured materials are sent to power the belt conveyors and after they are moved, in an elevator in a feed hopper. Power to the material is controlled with the help of a feed ratchet / The feed table.
