VSK Technology is used to make clinker small scale. The plant is small and easy to operate.
The Raw Materials:

The process is divided into 3 parts:
Section Mill Raw
Clinker Grinding Section
1. Section Mill Raw:
All raw materials must be smaller than 25 mm. If the size of the raw material is larger than 25 mm have to be crushed by a crusher, and hammer mill. All materials are stored crushed in storage land crawlers.
Now, the raw materials are taken according to a percentage required with the aid of a weighing dinta Control (PLC). The measured materials were to the feed conveyor and then it changed to a hopper feeder elevator. The feed material is controlled with the help Ratchet feeder / hopper frame.
2. Section of Furnace:
From the silo wave raw materials mixed are taken to Nodulizador with the help of a screw in the mixture trasnportador (10%) to nodes with the help of nodulizador. These nodules are fed into the furnace by a trough for burning and fusion. The temperature goes up 1350OC in the burning zone. The material travels very slowly in the furnace. All material is melted here. After crossing the burning zone the material inertia slowly cooling. The clinkering begins and finally the clinker leaving the furnace.
