The process is divided into 3 stages:
Raw materials :

Section Crushing clinkers
1. Section grinding to believe:
All raw materials must have a dimension of 25 mm. If the dimension of the raw material is larger than 25 mm, it must be crushed in a crusher and a hammer mill. All raw materials are crushed is stored in tank farms by discharge conveyors.
Now, the raw materials are transported in accordance with their required percentage, with the help of belt feeders (certificate by PLC). The measured materials are sent to power the belt conveyors and after they are moved, in an elevator in a feed hopper. Power to the material is controlled with the help of a feeding / Feed table ratchet.
2. Section four:
The storage silo the mixed raw materials are transported to a nebulizer using a screw conveyor. Then water is sprayed on the mixture (10%) for that produce nodules with using of the nebulizer. These nodules are introduced into the furnace through the feed chute to achieve combustion and Fusion. The temperature rises to 1350oC in the combustion zone. The material advance very slowly in the oven. Inside, all the material fuses. After having passed through the combustion zone material slowly starts to cool. The sintering process begins and finally the clinker out of the oven.
