As per study controlled water temperature is critical parameter in AI-procedure and if temp less or too high will damage the spumes or not activate the spumes which results in failure of artificial insemination.
We have designed electronic water heating bath with microprocessor based controller of accuracy of 0.01 deg. centigrade and with unique ultrasonic vibrations provided to get uniform temperature to all sides of straw and vibrations provide help to activate spumes.
When the veterinary doctors takes out the straw from the container, its temperature is about 196 degree centigrade. The Thaw Monitor has an inbuilt temperature Controller, which maintains the water bath temperature at 37 degree centigrade. Also, the ultrasonic water bath generates high frequency and helps in even distribution of the spumes in the straw. The veterinary doctor can take out the straw from the Thaw Monitor water bath with the help of tweezers and proceed for the AI. This constant temperature maintaining will ensure the success if AI.
