DESCRIPTION OF COMPONENTS: LOADING TROLLEY The silicon steel coil is loaded on the loading trolley and pushed to the decoiler manually. Then the coil is pneumatically lifted to the correct height by the loading trolley so that it can be moved onto the expandable mandrel of the decoiler easily. The maximum loading capacity is 1.5 tons. DOUBLE HEAD DECOILER Internal diameter of coil 500-510mm; Max. Load of each mandrel 1500kg(XBJxx-40), 2500kg(XBJxx-60) Speed of Decoiler 227~408 m/min The two mandrels of the decoiler can be turn 180º horizontally so as to keep one mandrel in working position and the other is in standby position. The horizontal turning of each mandrel is driven manually through a group of gears or driven by hydraulic system according to customer's request. Each mandrel has 4 segments, which are expanded manually (or hydraulically according to customer's request) to grip the bore of the coil. The rotational speed of the mandrels is controlled by electrical elements in the nearby buffer pit automatically or by the operator manually.
