Oil and Fat Splitting requires a feedstock of crude fatty-acids obtained from splitting of oils & fats in high pressure and at high temperatures. The design allows instant contact between oil & water that again help split the oil into fatty-acids & glycerol. Over here the produced concentrated sweet water is almost free from fatty-acids and these fatty-acids are almost free from moisture. Hence this unique feature prevent the reversion. This way the cost of processing is reduced and product quality is much improvised.
