COMPANY PROFILE
NEEDS Plastics was established in 1927 specialising in the manufacture of high precision Medical Devices. Today we continue with that specialisation, but by increasing our range of materials and manufacturing methods we are able to offer a range of products that are used in all industry sectors. Our products and facilities are all founded around non-metallic materials from Thermoplastics and Thermoset Composite materials to Rubber and Sealing products.
QUALITY
In 1990 Needs gained the recognised quality standard of BS5750 pt 2. Today, we have met the standard required to gain ISO9001:2000 and all our processes and methods adhere to this standard. We are able to offer SPC where required and lot traceability on material should this be necessary. All of our produced components can be supplied with a certificate of conformity and we use only approved suppliers that meet our high standards for raw materials.
