Hazelnut flour is a welcome addition in recipes calling for wholemeal flour. Hazelnut flour can also be substituted for a portion of the white flout in recipes using a ration of approximately one to four. It is excellent in waffles, pancakes, crepes, apple crumble topping, and muffins. It is also tasty as an addition to breading on pork chops, chicken, and stuffings. Nutt Ranch hazelnut flour is, of course, gluten free and contains no additives or fillers.
