Optivision came about through the foresight of its founder and Managing Director who perceived that within microscopy there was a whole new specialism about to emerge namely imaging. In this way Optivision began its specialism of producing quality images from microscopes. This activity was founded on a solid base of microscopy sales, installation and servicing. Optivisions reputation for expertise in both video and microscopy is widely known and our companys geographical spread of accounts covers most parts of the United Kingdom. The client-base includes end-users in pathology labs, operating theatres, industrial, medical and food research laboratories, in fact anywhere a microscope might be used. Optivision being a solutions provider has a broad overview despite areas of specialism. Often the systems we provide have not only camera and microscope but also the PC featuring the control software. With our range of specialist equipment we are in a position to resolve most peoples problems in the area of optical imaging including image capture, storage and analysis.
