Very compact, portable plano-interferometer unit, consisting of:
Vibration-absorbing granite base plate Height-adjustable and threefold fine adjustable pillar frame Interferometer module Inspect Mini EL with external, fiber-coupled HeNe laser for the highest possible contrast and temperature stability Plano reference plate 50 mm; accuracy ≤λ/20 Live image viewing on a video monitor Attrachtive design, monitor stand made of beech multiplex
The unit can also be used in inverted setup for measuring using the "lay on" principle and for direct use on the polishing machine (multi-holder).
