Clove It is originated from Endonezia.It is 10-20 m long and has green leaf and yellow flowers. It is grown in Tropical Region. Source countries are ; Tanzania(%80), Madagaskar, Sri Lanka, India, Endonezia, Malezia, Brazil, Jamaika and Guyana. Usage It is an ancient and important spice. In kitchen it is used in bakery, fruit, vegetables, meat products, bread, cake, loaf, fruit, soup, pickles, jam, puding, hamburger etc. In food industry : it is used in ; grinding spices, confectionery, gelatin, chewing gum, alcoholic and unalcoholic beverage, spicy fruit and meat products, ketchup, jam and sauce. Because of it?s stong flavour it must be used carefully and little. Beside food industry it is used in perfumery, pharmacy and cosmetic.
