Automatic cutting centre for pvc window and door profiles, made of four different interconnected working units automatic bar loading magazine it consists in a welded sheet structure, composed of 6 bar supporting units moving the bars to the automatic pusher. Each support is composed of a moving device, with pu round section belts, controlled by a three-phase electric motor with a speed reduction gear. Max. Loading capability is about 8-10 bars according to the dimension of the profile section. Emergency push button. 2 micro switches for bar presence monitoring in the automatic bar pusher automatic bar pusher automatic bar pusher with controlled axis linear unit for the bar movement towards the cutting unit. It is powered by a brushless motor with an epicycloidal reduction gear. Safety guards to cover the linear positioning unit. cutting unit saw blade with a 500 mm standard diameter. 3 hp three-phase electric motor. Tilting support to cut at 135°- 90°- 45°. Automatic positioning device, which permits to have always the centre of rotation of the cutting unit matching the centre of the profile section and so to carry out wedge cuts automatically. 2 vertical pneumatic clamping kits and 2 horizontal pneumatic clamping kits. Automatic scraps evacuation system complete with:
sloping plane connected to a rotating group. Compressed air blower. Prevision for conveyor belt for scrap and waste cuts evacuation system. Prevision for exhauster connection to the blade box. Compressed air gun. Complete safety guard for the working area. Safety guard with front door for inspections in the cutting zone, when necessary. Six loading stations with quick clamping units capable of loading one or two profiles each, of any type without needs of counter profiles. Transferring unit of bars from loading stations to gripper by means of a rotating and lifting mechanism suitable to hold permanently four different counter profiles fit on the rotating mechanism. Quick changeover of counter profile (one minute or less) in the transferring unit. External safety guards on back and left side. Emergency push button. Photocell for automatic gripper speed slowing in case of operator’s presence in the dangerous area. Push button for step-by-step bar forwarding. Photocell for bar presence monitoring in transferring unit. Automatic alignment system of bent bars.
