- High-rigidity static-pressure air nearing: The rotation mechanism uses static-pressure air bearings for the maximum load and the highest rotation accuracy.
- Operator_friendly centering/tilting support function: Eccentricity in the X&Y directions of center of the workpiece axix with respect to the center of the rotating axix.
- Automatic measuring function: Each axix has a motorized auto stop function, which autotmates movement, measuring, retraction operation.
- Automatioc magnification calibration: This function simplifies magnification calibration after the stylus is changes in accordance with the measuring profile.
- Auromatic eccentricity correction/tilt correction: Analysis and correction of the workpiece eccentricity and tilt in the measuring range dramatically simplifies alignment.
