KAFOM is a systemic product based on potassium phosphite. The synergic action between phosphite and potassium stimulates the plant self-defence mechanism.
Phosphite provides good prophylactic action, as it stimulates the phyoalexin synthesis inside the plant, creating strong resistance to certain Oomycete fungi, such as Phytophthora spp, grapevine mildew, etc. Potassium content in the product is also favourable to lignification processes, maintaining the fruit peel firm and resistant.

Application and dosage
Depending on crop requirements, it is recommended two or three applications via foliar spraying, wetting well the whole plant, specially neck, trunk and main branches.

Citrus and orchards: 200 - 300 cc/100 Litres of water.
Vegetables: 150 - 250 cc/100 Litres of water.
Vine: 200 - 300 cc/100 Litres of water.

KAFOM Cu is a product based on potassium phosphite, enriched with chelated copper. High mobility of the potassium phosphite facilitates the transport of copper through the plant in a fast, efficient and uniform way. It is especially recommended for olive trees due to its copper content.
