Injection Molding Service which is the manufacturing process for producing parts from thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics by applying heat energy to the resins. This process converts granular resins into a molten state and force injecting the liquefied material into a mold under high pressure into the cavity of the mold. Further, the resin is allowed to cool or cure and is ejected out of the mold taking the shape of the cavity and core. Injection molding machines are also known as injection presses and consist of two main parts, a clamping unit and an injection unit.Features :
Horizontal machines can be classified by the system that drives them. Hydraulic (oil), electric (also called EMT electric machine technology) or hybrid (combination of both) machines come under this category.
Vertical machines are used where the application is niche insert molding where gravity is used to the advantage.
