1. Power supplied by a gasoline generator which provides AC220V working power; equipped with AC220V and DC24V external power supply plug; hydraulic station drive hydraulic cylinder, to support the whole hydraulic power.
2. Control systems: heating temperature inside of the hoppers can be set between 50-180 ℃, it stops heating automatically when the temperature reaches to the set temperature; It starts heating automatically when the temperature dropped below the set temperature.
3. Thermal insulation material box: there are six separate hoppers, each hopper has 0.4 m³ capacity, once can add up to 2.4 m³of asphalt concrete; six pulling unloading side-door, easy for unloading.
4. Heating System: The equipment adopts diesel oil burner as heating source, heat transfer oil as a heat medium, through heat transfer oil pump transfer it into the pipeline. It has auxiliary electric heating, to heat the discharge gate wall.
5 Control System: Automatic control, the control panel has a variety of work status indicator lights, indicates the equipment working status and other parts use status.
