Product description EAGER series Jet-type Patcher is professional road repair equipment for pits repair. The equipment adopt Cummins diesel engine as injection power source, and Roots air blower produces high-speed airflow, emulsified asphalt can be heated in the emulsified asphalt tank to complete the repair process. The device can be used for both asphalt pavement and cement pavement patching, with short repair time and simple construction process, good adhesion effect after repairing and prolongs the pavement service life and so on. It is the ideal equipment for road pits repairing. The device is using special air transportation system, mixed the gravel and emulsified asphalt in the injection port, and then pouring into the pits rapidly, emulsified asphalt demulsification fast, and formed of new asphalt concrete pavement, thus completing the road repair. Construction process
1. Use Roots blower to blow and clean the pits.
2. Spraying emulsified asphalt to the pits.
3. Spraying stone and mixture of emulsified asphalt to the pits.
4. Sealing layer. Spray a thin-stone surface layer on top of the pavement.
5. Resting. Close and resting for 5 minutes, open the traffic.
