The staff An innovative team is our guarantee for the future of the company. With continued support from Renfert for specialisation each individual can increase his or her qualifications. Each member of staff has the opportunity for further education from computer studies to business studies. With an organisation based on large industrial concerns Renfert has implemented the advantages of modern group work ethics within its production team. Teams consisting of designers, dental technicians, chemists and sales personnel sit together at one table many times per week. This interaction between departments speeds up each specific new development.
