COMPANY PROFILE

Since our inception in 1975 Samco has become one of the largest independent industrial merchants in the country. We believe our success is attributed to the level of personal service afforded to each and every one of our customers, large or small. Our future is our customers, we are continuously striving to improve what we do and how we do it. To retain our strong customer loyalty and to ensure continued growth and future prosperity we realised that we needed some diversification. In the early days of Samco our name was synonymous with Hydraulic Hoses and Fittings and played a major role in the development of the company. However in 2005 the decision was taken to close this side of the business and concentrate on the rapidly expanding areas of Protective Equipment and Corporate Clothing. Since then their has been a significant investment in Embroidery Equipment & Heat Transfer Equipment to enable us to produce logos in house. This investment has continued with the introduction of additional embroidery capacity through a new multi head machine. Plans are in progress to expand our Warehousing facility by over 150%, which we feel is a crucial aspect in our progression, this is now complete, which will enable us to carry 95% of products in stock and available for next day delivery.
