An important element of machinery operation and reliability is maintenance.
It is so important to the Sandrin group that we consider no boundaries to its extent. From unloading equipment, to servicing machinery, to crawling through a 28" opening with cutting torches and equipment to replace the filter screens and repair shaker assemblies for Ontario Hydro.
We have the equipment, the technical knowledge and the full backup of Sandrin's machining, welding, insitu (on-site) service teams and facilities.
Our qualified team of millwrights, welders, pipefitters and professional technicians are available around the clock for temporary and/or full time turnaround maintenance and emergency support services.
Our trained technicians also perform dial, optical and laser alignments, vibration analysis, balancing, and grouting or re-grouting of equipment bases.
Turbine inspections and overhauls are performed from Shelbourne, Nova Scotia to Fort St. John, British Columbia.
We are proud to include NOVA, Shell Canada, Bakor, Imperial Oil Enterprises Ltd., Bayer Rubber and Dunn Paper in a long list of satisfied customers currently using our contract maintenance expertise.
Our field services group receives the total support of our shop facilities in manufacturing approved lifting devices and specialised lifting cradles designed for shipping to meet underwriters' requirements. Our personnel understand and observe the recognised safe methods for properly loading vehicles, which meet stringent highway regulations.
