Ebro Valley: The fruit produced in this area has a high sugar content, consistent quality, finely textured flesh and taut, firm skin.
Guadiana Valley: Has a similar climate to the Ebro Valley and produces, therefore, similar fruit although some varieties such as Morettini ripen earlier.
Frutaria produces pears according to the client’s needs. Most of our clients operate in the food processing industry and need pears with no residues of plant protection products as well as certain varieties of pears such as Decana, Passa-Crassana, Limonera or Williams.
Summer varieties: 50 mm and over
Blanquilla pears: 55 mm and over
Conference pears: 60 mm and over
Winter varieties: 70 mm and over
Depends on the variety and storage time. Ranges from 8-10 pounds for varieties for immediate consumption and 12-14 pounds for varieties with a long storage life.

Bags: We do not package our pears in bags as they are susceptible to bruising and would not reach the consumer in optimal condition.
