In 1963 "Saynen Gear Machinery Plant" was established with a capital investment of USD 4,000 to manufacture gears for traditional textile machinery and for machinery related to after-sale service. l1966 The capital investment increased to USD 20,000 for the increment of the company scale by- accommodating the government policy of promoting agricultural mechanization and by manufacturing gears for the farm machinery. l1974 The company name changed to "Saynen Gear Machinery Plant Co" and the capital investment increased to USD 91,000. l1981 The company name changed to "Saynen Gear Machinery Plant Co., Ltd." with a capital investment of USD 182,000. In the same year, the company purchased Japanese "Precision Gear Grinder" to manufacture high precision gears. l1985 The company funded USD 364,000 to establish "Chiao Hsin Gear Co., Ltd." and introduced Swiss-made Reishauer "Precision Gear Grinder." l1987 "Chiao Hsin Gear Co., Ltd." increased its capital to USD 730,000. l1990 "Chiao Hsin Gear Co., Ltd." increased its capital to USD 1,100,000 while "Saynen Gear Machinery Plant Co., Ltd." increased its capital to USD 400,000. l1991 "Chiao Hsin Gear Co., Ltd." increased its capital to USD 2,200,000 and began to build its second plant. l1993 "Chiao Hsin Gear Co., Ltd." merged with "Saynen Gear Machinery Plant Co., Ltd." and used the company name as "Chiao Hsin Gear Co., Ltd." with a capital investment of USD 2,600,000. The newly built (second) plant finished and started to operate. The company collaborated research programs with the MIRL (Mechanical Industry Research Laboratory) of ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute) to develop "Worm and Worm Gear Reducer" for elevators. In the same year, the company purchased Swiss Reishauer "CNC Gear Grinder" and Japanese Kashifuji "CNC Fully Automatic Gear Hobbing Machine." l1994 The capital investment of "Chiao Hsin Gear Co., Ltd." increased to USD 4,400,000. The company purchased German-made, large "Gear Grinder," "CNC Gear Measuring Center," and "Worm Gear Set Double-Flank Contact Rolling Testing Machine." In the same year, the company collaborated research programs with the MIRL of ITRI to develop "CNC Index Table." l1995 The capital investment of "Chiao Hsin Gear Co., Ltd." increased to USD 5,500,000. The company started to manufacture "CNC Index Table." l1997 The capital investment of "Chiao Hsin Gear Co., Ltd." increased to USD 6,600,000. The company purchased KA-400 CNC Gear Hobbing Machine, Swiss Reishauer RZ820 CNC Gear Grinder, Mitsubishi GB63 CNC Gear Hobbing Machine, and VGR-60 CNC Internal Grinding Machine. l1998 The company collaborated research programs with the MIRL of ITRI to develop "High-Speed Elevator Reducer." In the same year, the company purchased Kashifugi KA220 Gear Hobbing Machine, Mitsubishi GD30 CNC Gear Hobbing Machine, Mitsubishi SD25 CNC Gear Shaper, Pfauter Mikron A15 CNC Gear Hobbing Machine, and Kashifugi KA220 CNC Gear Hobbing Machine. l1999 The company purchased Toshiba CNC Machine Center and Swiss Reishauer RZ362 CNC Gear Grinding Machine. l2000 The company changed the name into "Saynen Industrial Co., Ltd.", due to promoting the new logo " Saynen." l2002 The capital investment of "Chiao Hsin Gear Co., Ltd." increased to USD 6,650,000. and purchased Swiss Gleason-Pfauter P60 CNC. l2005 The company purchased Swiss Gleason-Pfauter P90 CNC & Osaka Seimitsukikai CLP-65 Gear Measuring Center. l2006 The company purchased Fromag CNCE50-2 Broaching Machine, Okamoto 1GM-2MB Internal Grinder, Tsunashima UBT-20 Bevel Gear Engagement Tester, Gleason PHOENIX 200G CNC Hypoid Grinders, Curvic Coupling & Luren LHG-3040.

QUALITY POLICY / PROCESSES

Quality Inspection: Divide the quality of the entire manufacturing procedure into 4 parts- Incoming raw material Quality Control/Inspection, Production Process Quality Control/Inspection, Subcontractor Outsourcing Control/Inspection, and Final Product Control/Inspection. It is to manage and control the quality of outputs at each manufacturing process, and not let the defective ones go to the next station.
