A machine designed for two-flavour (divided evenly over the tube's length 50% - 50% of the custard consisting of each of the two flavours) filling of 120 - 200 mm long wafer tubes open at both ends with ice-cream custard - with chocolate coating both inside the tube (for impregnation) and on outer 20 mm long outer part of the tube (a so called cigar's effect). Equipped with a step and block type conveyer, a heated chocolate tank with a circulating pump, wafer tube feeder ice-cream custard drip trays, two-end automatic wafer tube chocolate insertion heads, two-end automatic ice-cream custard and syrup feeding heads operating in a synchronous way with a horizontal packaging machine. There is a freezing mini-tunnel for the chocolate congealing and the mechanismus for feeding the synchronized horizontal flow-pack packing machine with the ready ice-cream.
The machine's output capacity is 5500 units per hour.
