A machine designed for production of ice-cream ("sausage" type) in a food cover closed at both ends with a metal clip. The machine consists of two pipe extruders for filling with ice-cream custard equipped with a mechanism used for switching ice-cream custard flow into individual extruders. The main part of the machine is a mechanism used for closing cover sections of a proper length comprising an automatic mechanical clipping device. The product's length is controlled with the use of an optical sensor.
The machine's output capacity is up to 2000 units per hour.
The product's diameter is adjustable and varies from 30 to 65 mm.
