A fully automatic machine designed for production of tray packed VIENETTA type ice-cream (with layers of chocolate). Equipped with a 6 or 12 unit set of layer extruders with individual ice-cream flow regulation valves as well as well as a 6 or 12 unit set of chocolate or syrup feeding heads for each layer of ice-cream custard. Automatic cutting to the required length with a heated cutting device activated by an optical sensor reacting to visible sign marks on ice-cream rolls' trays or intervals between trays.
The machine's output capacity is adjustable and varies from 800 to 2000 units per hour. L-3000, W-600, h-1400mm. Weight 180kg.
