February 1, 2006 Statement Regarding DFARS Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement 252.225-7014 ALT 1 Seastrom is pleased to be able to comply with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS). The following "specialty metals" that we use are affected by the act: * Stainless Steel alloys * Nickel alloys * Titanium alloys All other materials that we use, such as brass or nylon for example, are not affected by the act. Due to Seastrom's vast inventory, it is difficult to certify product that is on hand.
